The Gambia – Swansea Vision 2020 Eye Link

The Third Annual Gambia-Swansea Vision 2020 Link Quiz night was held in Blackpill Community Hall on Saturday June 25th.  The event was a huge success and £678 was raised for the link through ticket, bar and raffle sales.

The evening included 6 gruelling question rounds with a delightful ploughman’s platter served half way through to replenish our brain cells.
Congratulations to the winning team  “Good Chemistry”  who won by a clear margin! Second place went to team  “Brains R Us’ ”  and  “Better Than Last Time”  were hot on their tails with third place!
We eagerly await next years quiz night and have already started swotting up!
