I am an ophthalmic theatre sister at Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey. I am going to Zambia as part of a team including three consultant ophthalmologists and an orthoptist. We are hoping to establish a productive and happy link with a hospital in Kitwe. Have you any advice to offer me? I am unsure of what to expect or of how my visit can be productive for them and us.
